Description

There is only one heating core inside the single conductor heating cable. When wiring, both ends of the heating cable must be connected to the power supply. After the heating cable is connected to the power supply, the heating wire is heated and runs between 40°C and 65°C.

Working Principle
The inner core of the heating cable is composed of cold wire and hot wire. The outer core is composed of an insulating layer, a grounding layer, a shielding layer and an outer jacket. After the heating cable is energized, the hot wire heats up and runs between 40 and 65 degrees Celsius. The heating cable embedded in the filling layer transmits the heat energy through the way of heat conduction (convection) and emits the far infrared radiation of 8-13um.
