Preassembled electric heating cable is intended for installation on metal or plastic water pipe for freeze protection in residential and commercial locations. It consists of a heating cable and 1.8m long cold lead power cable and plug. The cables automatically adjust heat outpout according to the ambient temperature conditions. Under cooler conditions the heat output increases, and as the temperature rises the output decreases to save energy. The cables are available in various preassembled lengths.
